So this week has been pretty god, Im at 273.8 as of this morning its more than the 267 my scale said 2 weeks ago but considering the day after it said that it was back up to 276, I think I am doing ok!
Breakfast: Bagelthin, cream cheese, strawberrys and kiwi 225
Lunch: Canteloupe, and egg salad 355
Total so far: 580
Snack: Yogurt 100
Total so far: 680
Snack: Bagelwich 300
Total so far: 980
Snack: Oreo's and a chicken nugget 200
Total so far: 1180
Dinner: Pizza 360
Total for today: 1540
