Catch up.

It has been a while since my last blog post, had a lot of real life issues started school, new computer the whole shebang. Unfortunately I have also hit a plateau :\ Which SUUCCKKSS but tells me that I need to reevaluate my eating and get back to almost 0 carbs. I feel great, got some new clothes etc. But I had hoped to weigh a lot less by this point. Just a bump in the road I guess ;) A website is being made so that is another thing I have been working on. My pcos seems to be under control. For now anyway! Lets see what the future holds. Got aaaall my vitamins yesterday so I am hoping those will all help ;) Need to up my water consumption again though YIKES! Have fun all and blessed be!

OMG 30ds is INTENSE its awesome and now I feel good but with sitting right here REALLY feeling my muscles im like WHOA do I really wanna do this tomorrow???? Im tiiiired LOL Nutritionally I know today isn't going to be a very good day (I craved marshmallows this morning..ty TOM LOL).
