Sooo, I didnt post yest, but by my calculations I had 2000 cals in 1 meal, which is ok, cause I only ate 1 meal yest :p Today, I am kinda don the same thing its one meal where parts are spread out LOL

Memorial, memories and meals

Today is the memorial for chandra. I found out sunday night she was killed by a drunk driver about 3 blocks from where I was standing and I didnt know it:\ It could have just as easily been me. Sigh. I loved her to death she made my freshman year of high school awesome. I am also out at the school today I have an appointment at 3 with a counselor than a test tonight in health Joyous...

Thank you

I want to say thank you to all of you who have expressed your condolences. It is more than I can say for my own mother and sisters. To know that people who have never met me and only know what is on this blog care enough to express their sympathy warms my heart and soul. It also helps me to look at how I reacted today and my relationship with food. Your support has helped me remember that I need to continue on this journey and not let the loss of a dear friend deter me. She would not want that. Hugs to each and every one of my readers. Thank you for continuing to read and support me on my journey.

Sad day...

Today I am very saddened to report that someone who meant a great deal to me is now passed from this world to whatever is waiting for her. At 5:30 am just as my alarm was going off for my to wake up and I said no, going back to sleep because I had not slept last night she passed.

It's back

Ugh my migraine is back SOOO no bueno :\ not feeling the best. I have now actually gotten out of bed to eat though so that is good. I also decided today I am going to try to break up my vitamins and take them spread out like they should be. It was that I didn't think I would remember to take them if I took them in the morning and evening. I think I am going to try breaking some up like the fish oil and the chromium. So now in the AM I will be taking 2 fish oil, 1 pre natal, 2 calcium, 2 cinnamon, 1 chromium, and one vitamin c. I will then take 2 fish oil and  chromium at nights which is upping the fish oil by 1 pill, bringing me to about 1300 grams a day. or maybe is 4000 grams, idk. I will figure it out when I look at the bottle when my brain doesnt hurt LOL

I hate getting yelled at by people for doing things that they do. All week my mother was bitching at me to not eat all the cottage cheese and in 2 days she eats 1.5 containers of it (we had 2 containers) like really? now its all gone -.- I know it sounds stupid but this is just the tip of the ice burg :\

Morning walks

I've started doing my run/walk at 5 am...ye I said it, 5 am WOWOW yea...is it ever early. I had to get out of my nice, warm comfy bed and go running Meh. It is nice having all the extra time in the AM but by bed time at 11 m, im sooooo exaughsted. I guess that is a good thing, I tend to just knock out at that point :D
