Goals

Below was the format I used to track goals when I was focusing on weight loss. Now however I feel it important to set a new type of goal. One that focuses on my relationship with food and balancing that out instead of one that focuses on my weight just yet. Ultimately yes, I Want the weight to come off but right now, I want to be healthy and have a healthy relationship with food.
For now these are my goals they will be in the format of (Goal -Goal date)
Honor my fullness more than I overeat- this week
Honor my hunger by allowing myself to eat as much of whatever I want whenever I want. Period.  -Now
Be able to honor my hunger completely and not feel guilty about eating too much or leaving food on the plate, or eating too many sweets. -Vacation in December
Take all my vitamins and pills when I should as directed -Now
Exercise as often as I can whether this means yoga or zumba on the wii, running on the treadmill, weight lifting or taking the dog for a short run/walk -Now till forever
Take the time to get ready and look presentable, show the world I do care about myself and how I look - Now.
