I hate my scale, I hate my scale...I HATE MY SCALEE!!!

So on sun it said I was at 267 lbs which was a huge 9 lb drop from the week prior, now it says i'm bk up to 278 WTF???? its bipolar!!

Breakfast/lunch: Bagel sandwich and strawberries 450

Snack: Cottage cheese and a nectarine 150

Total so far: 600

Dinner: Bagel sandwich and strawberries 450

Total so far: 1050

2nd dinner: Subway 600

Total for today: 1650

  1. I hate my scale too. I know I should stop weighing daily, but I can't help it. When I see the darn thing go up and up and up when I'm eating right AND exercising? Soooo frustrating!
    I'm telling myself maybe it's just water weight.
