I steed on the scale today out of curiosity. Yes, I had fried chicken yest but I was mainly good the rest of the week! I even ran most days so what is up?!?!?! I weighed .2 more than I did tuesday! argh.
Breakfast: Meatballs 300
Snack: Orange100

Total so far: 760
Dinner: Teriyaki chicken and broccoli/cauliflour 400
Total so far: 1160
Snack: Strawberries and an orange 200
Total for today 1360
