Ahhh the joy of extra sleep

I got an extra hour of sleep last night WOOOT! and finished my run 5 mins early today yay!!!! Also this is my last week working on my pala WOOT WOOT so lots of accomplishments this week! Gonna pull my friend celia to go for round in a few WOHOOO



Breakfast: Oat meal and an orange 250

Lunch: Southwest salad 650

Snack: 100

Total so far: 1000

Snack: Fried chicken Breast 250

Total so far: 1250


Dinner: cookies 500

total for day: 1750

ok, not the best dinner and they prob werent 500 cals since package says 2 for 120 but i rounding up cause they were big.
