goal for the week

My goal this week is to eat totally on plan, no exceptions, no cheating. I am hoping if I do eat on plan and run at least 5 days this week that I can lose 3 lbs *crosses her fingers* here's hoping

Breakfast: Strawberries and a fiber 1 bar 240

Lunch: Turkey sandwich , cottage cheese, crackers and cheese 435

Total so far : 675

Snack: 140

Total so far: 815

snack: ice cream 90

total so far: 905

:dinner: Chicken and ground turkey with some strawberries  800
Total so far: 1700
Snack: Ice cream 130

Total so far: 1830

Snack: Fiber one bar 140

Total for day 1970
