Kind of a lot of cals this AM hmmmm wonder if I will reach my goal of sticking to the lower side of my calorie allotment today.
Snack: Fiber 1 bar 140
Breakfast: 4 egg whites, 4 oz ham and 1 slice swiss cheese 370
Total so far: 510
Snack: celery 40
Total so far: 550
Dinner: Hot dogs and baked beans 600
Total so far: 1150
Snack: Fiber one bar 140
Total for today: 1290
That is way less than I thought i would reach when I was making dinner actually ;)
