I've started doing my run/walk at 5 am...ye I said it, 5 am WOWOW yea...is it ever early. I had to get out of my nice, warm comfy bed and go running Meh. It is nice having all the extra time in the AM but by bed time at 11 m, im sooooo exaughsted. I guess that is a good thing, I tend to just knock out at that point :D
Breakfast: Oatmeal and strawberries 400
Lunch: Salad 500
Dinner: Fried chicken and salad 1000
Total so far: 1900
Snack strawberries and meat balls 600
Total for day 2500
