Last two days.

So with everything being so hectic yesterday I didn't get to blog. Today I will account for yesterday and todays calories! Yesterday was kinda a fail on eating on plan but I was in a house with only carbs so I think I am ok.

3/30

Oatmeal 300
one spoonful cookie dough 50
three bites macaroni and cheese 50
Side salad with ranch 200
Cheese sticks 600
1.5 slices pizza 500
2 cups ice cream (throughout the day) 600

Total for yesterday : 2300

Today

Breakfast: Oatmeal 300

Snack : 2 slices ham (thick) 360

Strawberries 100

Total so far: 760

Snack at school: Peaches 160
Total so far 920

Dinner: Salad and strawberries 700

Total for today 1620
