can I keep this up??? woot woot!

I am down a total of 4.4 lbs this week!! WOOT! I wish I could blow out of the 160's this week but I have a feeling the loss is going to slow down but hey 4.4 this week, I will take it!! WOOT!

Breakfast: Salad 275

Lunch Turkey Sandwich, nectarine and chips 390

Total so far: 675

Snack: Turkey wrap and cherries 300

Total so far: 975

Dinner: Hamburger and chips 500

Total for today: 1475
