Well I was stupid, wanting desperately to see 263 on the scale even if it was 263.9 I jumped on this morning and well it says im up a lb and a half. I am assuming that is from the doughnuts but im not sure, I didnt eat 3500 extra cals yest and my sodium looks fine so idk. Today is a new day we shall see what happens!
