I did a TON o walking today!! whew and I ever tired.
Breakfast: Half a hamburger and strawberries 340
Lunch: pasta, chicken and broccoli 370
Total so far: 710
Dessert: 1/4 c rasp cheesecake ice cream 60
Total so far: 770
Dinner 2 sandwiches and celery with hummus 530
Total for today 1300
