woot! i think ive found the right eating plan for mee!! excited!!!

Breakfast: half turkey sandwich and a nectarine 250

Lunch: tuna sandwich and carrots 240

Total so far: 490

snack: turkey on wheat bread and a plum 180

total so far: 670

Dinner: Bean burrito and taco salad 540

total for today: 1210
