OMG 30ds is INTENSE its awesome and now I feel good but with sitting right here REALLY feeling my muscles im like WHOA do I really wanna do this tomorrow???? Im tiiiired LOL Nutritionally I know today isn't going to be a very good day (I craved marshmallows this morning..ty TOM LOL). I plan on going to about 1500-1700 cals so this will be my high day. am doing that because today is the first day of 30ds and I plan on having sunday's as a high cal day and staying around 1200 for the rest of the week.
