Last night and today are kind of my free days for making great progress so quickly. I drank a TON of alcohol last night I had like 9 beers. Today I am just going ot list the things I have eaten and not worry about calories. Tomorrow back to blan first thing in the AM
Beer (Guinness, miller and mikes hard strawberry lemonade)
breakfast, lunch, snacks: salami, swiss cheese and crackers
Dinner: Pork loin and sun chips
