recovery day

Soooo yesterday was a binge day UGH! Today is for recovery, get back on track and stay on track! I had carbs yesterday and lots of them. meh

Breakfast: Toast and carrots 100

Lunch: 2 Turkey burger patties 360
Crab 135

Asparagus with balsamic vinegar 100


Total so far: 695



And oh man am I stuffed from lunch Bleh.



Dinner: Chicken paramsean 400
 Asparagus 100


 Total so far 1195

Snack: Parmasean cheese 100

Total so far: 1295 

I plan on having a small snack of more asparagus in about an hr.
