Back day two

Lots happening today, I didnt eat till later though. I met with stacie my ihad coordinator, we found a way for me to go back to school YAY! thanks to my cousin as well.

SOOOOO EXCITED!!

Breakfast: 1 piece whole wheat toast 45

Dinner:  whole wheat rotini 400
Chicken 150
hominy 120
mushrooms 40
Spaghetti sause 120

Wheat french bread 130
Pickled beets 45


Total so far: 1050

Snack: More rotini : 500

Total for today: 1550
Not to bad...huge calorie wise for dinner though WOOOOOHEEE
