no cheating week day 4

goal for today : no carbs except breakfast


Breakfast: whole wheat bagel 200

2 egg whites 40

total so far: 240

Lunch: home made cobb salad 310

total so far: 550

not too bad. im quite happy with that for now.


idk why I am sooooo hungry! Ugh, I keep drinking water and nope...still hungry. So, I am making some chicken Kind of lots of it though! LOL 

snack: Chicken 400

Total so far: 950 YIKES!! good thing dinner is light tonight!

Dinner: Salmon 200
Sautee'd Zucchini 80

Snack: Salad 180
