no cheat week day 1

ok this is my no cheat week. Today is day 1

Breakfast: wheat Toast 70

Lunch: 4 oz chicken 220

Celery 50

Total so far: 340

Snack: Leftover pasta from last night (small snack bowl) 200

Total so far: 540

Just enough left to have two tacos for dinner :D WOOT WOOT


Ok, I ate too much but it was soooo gooodd!!! ugh

Dinner 3 tacos on wheat tortilllas 980


total so far : 1520

Not so bad, I defo ate too much though. UGH!


Snack: Crab meat 100

Total for today 1620
