back again (I know im back alot LOL)

So, I havnt posted since the 22nd, thats actually a long time. I can definitely tell that writing everything down REALLY helps me because I didn't last week and i've stayed the same :\ Class starts tonight YAY!!!!!! cant wait. Went for my morning run/walk really tired now but I think that is because I haven't ran in a week/ week and a half, need to get back in to the swing of things. Here is hopeing I can get back to food journaling :X

Breakfast : 1 cup oatmeal 300
